About the position
The Electrical Assembly Group Lead is responsible for overseeing the assembly of electrical components and mechanical products in a manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments, ensuring efficient production processes and adherence to engineering specifications.
Responsibilities
- Read electrical engineering blueprints and parts lists.
- Demonstrate knowledge of electrical component and mechanical product assembly.
- Collaborate with partners in custom metal fabrication, inspection, receiving, and paint shop.
- Take direction from multiple supervisors and maintain organizational skills.
- Work directly on the production line as needed.
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Familiarity with electrical manufacturing environments.
- Leadership skills and experience.

- Soldering by hand
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
