About the position

Spratlin Electric is seeking a motivated Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical projects. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while fostering a culture of excellence and professional growth within the team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing electrical projects.
• Assist in managing project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with the field teams and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met.
• Track project progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to maintain strong project relationships.
• Address any project issues and facilitate solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in electrical project management or relevant electrical experience.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and commercial project requirements.

Nice-to-haves

• OSHA certification is a plus.
