About the position

The Electrical Associate Test Engineer will work independently to build, test, and troubleshoot cameras and printed circuit boards, focusing on servo control assemblies. This role involves working with both analog and digital circuitry, particularly in servo control and image acquisition systems. The engineer will collaborate with the engineering team to facilitate the transition of new products into manufacturing and assist in training new team members.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and troubleshoot cameras and printed circuit boards on camera and servo control assemblies.
• Read and interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
• Test and troubleshoot using diagnostic equipment including test programs, signal generators, oscilloscopes, and specialized test apparatus.
• Redline and help update documentation: assembly and test procedures.
• Partner with engineering team to bring new products to manufacturing.
• Assist with training new team members.

Requirements

• AA in Electrical Technology/Electronic Program with 2 years of related work experience OR Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is required.
• Experience solving down to component level is required.
• Must be willing to work overtime, day or night shift and weekends.
