As an Electrical BIM Designer/Drafter in our Denver, CO office, you will work closely with engineers to transform design concepts into completed designs for lighting, power, and signal systems. The electrical design will cater to a variety of buildings across diverse markets, including advanced manufacturing, higher education, healthcare, K-12, commercial, and industrial sectors. In this role, you will prepare detailed drawings of MEP designs and plans according to specifications, sketches, and rough drafts using REVIT and AutoCAD. You will support document issuance, reproduction, and distribution, including specifications, sketches, and revisions. Additionally, you will create schedules, charts, forms, and records as required for specific project needs. Coordination with the design team will be essential to eliminate construction errors due to design flaws or issues. We are looking for candidates who possess an Associate's or Technical Degree with a focus in Computer Aided Drafting, along with formal training or working knowledge of the Revit platform. Candidates should have 0-3 years of relevant experience, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and professional behavior are also key attributes we seek. A positive attitude is essential!
