Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical control systems and software for manufacturing processes
  • Troubleshoot and debug electrical control systems and software
  • Develop and maintain PLC programs using Allen Bradley software
  • Design and develop HMI and SCADA systems using InduSoft and WebStudio software
  • Develop and maintain AB Panel View programs
  • Create electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical controls engineering in a manufacturing environment
  • Proficiency in PLC programming using Allen Bradley software
  • Experience with HMI and SCADA systems using InduSoft and WebStudio software
  • Experience with AB Panel View programming
  • Proficiency in creating electrical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in a manufacturing environment
