About The Position
The Electrical Designer Lead will mentor, provide team oversight and direction to designers supporting department leadership for offer development and project execution. They will mentor and develop designers incorporating lessons learned to maintain technical capacity and prioritize engineering tasks assessing project objectives, execution time, and cost implementation while ensuring best practices, lessons learned and improvements are realized. Using issue resolution skills for understanding engineering concepts, they will align with Engineer Leads for solutions understanding project and group constraints leveraging the best solution for each situation.
