About the position

Arconic is currently in search of an Electrical Engineer to join our Tennessee Operations in Alcoa, Tennessee. This position is integral to our operations, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and components that support our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all electrical systems are functioning optimally and will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement electrical systems and components for manufacturing processes.

  • Manage electrical projects from conception to completion, including planning and budgeting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
