Responsibilities

• Identify smaller assignments necessary to complete larger projects.
• Select engineering techniques to solve problems and make sound design recommendations.
• Assess results for applicability, validity, and conformance to specifications.
• Lead engineering efforts on smaller projects with minimal supervision, assisted by junior personnel.
• Assist in project planning and review, handling special projects as assigned.
• Conduct independent research to find solutions to advanced sensor problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to design analog circuits to meet defined requirements and debug these designs in a lab environment.
• Experience designing analog circuits dealing with low-level signal sources (e.g., photo diodes).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems in a timely manner.
