The Electrical Engineer II position at Science & Engineering Services, LLC (SES) involves collaborating with a team of electrical engineers to design and implement electronic hardware for military equipment. This role allows for progression into higher levels of engineering experience and requires participation in various programs and teams. The engineer will be involved in the design process from initial concept through to customer acceptance, ensuring that all designs meet the necessary specifications and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for electronic hardware design, troubleshooting, and implementation of military equipment.
• Design digital and analog circuits, AC and DC power circuits, and digital communication buses.
• Utilize CAD software and Microsoft Office suite for design capture.
• Select and qualify components necessary for design implementation.
• Participate in verification and validation of designs.
• Provide design support for installation, testing, and customer verification.
• Demonstrate good troubleshooting skills.
• Operate electronic test equipment for design verification.
• Participate in configuration control of design via release process and engineering change orders.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Electrical Engineering
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar required.
