About the position

Your role will include defining design approaches, implementation schedules, technical specifications, and parameters for various devices. Throughout your internship, you will assist in the creation and execution of robust, scalable, secure, and extensible designs and verification plans for electrical engineering aspects of well-defined features or product extensions. You will also develop, review, and execute test plans and infrastructure for standard features or products, contributing to automated testing solutions. Your hands-on experience will include testing and troubleshooting integrated systems using conventional test equipment, compiling data, and making technical recommendations based on your findings. Responsibilities

  • Assists in the creation and execution of robust, scalable, secure, and extensible designs and/or verification plans for the electrical engineering aspects of a well-defined feature or product extension.
  • Develops, reviews, and executes on test plans and/or infrastructure for standard features or products by helping develop automated testing solutions.
  • Follows project implementation schedules to deliver the hardware engineering aspects of a well-defined feature or product.
  • Participates in creating detailed reports and functional specifications for a well-defined product feature or extension, based on audits and information from product development and verification processes.
  • Performs hands-on testing and troubleshooting of integrated systems using conventional test equipment, takes measurements, compiles data, and makes technical recommendations.
  • Collaborates with multiple disciplines.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Must have at least one semester/quarter of school remaining following the completion of the internship.

Benefits

  • Base pay range of USD $5,460 - $10,680 per month, with a different range for specific locations (USD $7,040 - $11,640 per month in the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area).
  • Certain roles may be eligible for additional benefits and compensation.
