We are looking for an Electrical Engineer capable of thriving in our fast-paced Houston facility.
Responsibilities
- Design AC and DC electrical systems
- Program and implement industrial PCs, PLCs, and HMIs
- Perform electrical calculations and assure compliance with electrical codes
- Assist in troubleshooting installed systems
- Create bills of materials and schematics for large projects
- Interacting with all other disciplines and departments including mechanical, hydraulic, production, manufacturing, and purchasing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electrical engineering technology or similar
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- General knowledge of programming
- AutoCAD experience preferred
- Proficient with Allen Bradley Micrologix
- Proficient with National Instruments LabView
- Experience in shop/field work including troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems
