About the position

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Summer 2025 Intern Electrical Engineer to assist experienced engineers with RF circuit design for radar electronics, including transmitters and receivers. The role involves testing and integrating RF hardware, providing an opportunity for hands-on experience in a dynamic engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced engineers with RF circuit design for radar electronics.
• Help with testing and integrating RF hardware.
• Utilize electronic circuits knowledge in practical applications.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
• Completion of a Circuits Design course.
• Experience with MATLAB, PSpice, or equivalent analysis tools.

Nice-to-haves

• Basic electromagnetics and/or transmission line theory course.
• Introduction to control theory course.
• Experience with 3D electromagnetic simulations tools, such as HFSS or equivalent.
• Advanced electromagnetic and transmission lines course.
• Hands-on work with electronic hardware.
• RF Circuits course.
• Bench test experience using spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope, and network analyzer.
