Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot AC and DC motor controls and variable frequency drives (VFD).
• Repair equipment at client sites within a 300-mile radius of Youngstown.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Utilize AutoCAD for sizing conduit and generating interconnection diagrams.
• Manage projects as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or Electrical Engineering Technology (BSET) preferred; technical school training and applicable experience will be considered.
• Ability to troubleshoot AC and DC motor controls and VFDs.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of conduit sizing and interconnection diagrams.
• Well-developed troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Physical fitness and willingness to travel 25%.
• Good communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
