About the position

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. This position offers the potential for a long-term assignment. As an Electrical Engineer I, you will be responsible for performing electrical engineering and analysis assignments on capital projects. You will work closely with various engineering and design disciplines to ensure successful project execution. In this role, you will perform electrical engineering tasks including P&ID development, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, and material/equipment specification development. You will collaborate effectively with all engineering and design disciplines throughout project execution. Utilizing specialized engineering tools and computer applications, you will complete assignments accurately and efficiently, contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical engineering tasks including P&ID development, voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, and material/equipment specification development.
• Collaborate effectively with all engineering and design disciplines throughout project execution.
• Utilize specialized engineering tools and computer applications to complete assignments accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 1 to 5 years of detailed electrical engineering experience.
• Familiarity with process unit designs and operations.
• Proficient in the use of computer applications and specialized engineering tools.
