Santa Barbara Infrared, Inc. is currently seeking a Sr. Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role is pivotal in executing the development of our next generation radiation detectors and portable sensors. The Sr. Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing mixed-signal electrical circuits and authoring the firmware embedded in these solutions. This position requires a strong background in electrical engineering and a passion for innovation in the field of infrared and electro-optical test instrumentation. In this role, you will develop embedded mixed-signal electrical solutions by executing electrical circuit design, writing embedded firmware, and architecting and leading product test programs. Additionally, you will provide support to vendors and contractors throughout all stages of design development and prototype procurement.
