About the position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic, employee-owned company in Chicago, IL. This role focuses on providing electrical design services for industrial, renewable energy, and specialty chemical clients. Responsibilities

• Design low voltage industrial power distribution systems.
• Assist in medium voltage (MV) power distribution system designs.
• Conduct short circuit, arc flash, and load studies.
• Participate in construction support, startup, and commissioning efforts.
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code and apply field exposure to manufacturing/industrial environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of electrical design experience.
• Familiarity with EasyPower or SKM software.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AutoCAD and Revit.
