About the position

The Electrical Engineer will manage and develop electrical projects, focusing on designing custom circuit boards for various applications, including high-voltage ballasts, DC-DC and AC-DC converters, LED lighting, and smart control systems. The role involves embedded programming, component procurement, debugging, and diagnostics, with an emphasis on driving innovation and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical circuits and systems.
• Perform testing and validation of designs.
• Manage engineering projects, including planning and coordination.
• Prepare technical documentation and ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide leadership and support to team members and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3+ years of experience in electrical engineering
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Core Electrical Engineer skillset
• Power Supply design
• PCB Board Design and manufacturing (DipTrace, Altium, Eagle, etc.)
• MCU programming (Java/C/etc.)
• Sensor usage (proximity sensors, IR)

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (preferred, but not required)
