Central Power Systems & Services is seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering department. This full-time position is based in Riverside, MO, and reports directly to the VP of Engineering. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, documentation, and troubleshooting of electrical control, signaling, and power circuits for the manufacture of generators and similar industrial power units, adhering to NEC and UL standards. In addition to electrical systems, you will also have the opportunity to design and evaluate mechanical systems that support or integrate with electrical systems. This position requires a hands-on approach, utilizing software tools such as AutoCad Electrical and Inventor Professional to facilitate engineering design for production. In this role, you will collaborate closely with production teams, customers, and sales teams to ensure that products are completed to the highest quality standards and delivered in a timely manner. You will be involved in strategic business development, developing projects from conceptual design to full manufacturing capability, and promoting engine sales to other manufacturers.
