Establishing continuous improvement and operational excellence plans will be key, focusing on areas where efficiency, quality, safety, or service can be enhanced. Responsibilities

  • Apply electrical engineering knowledge and skills for moderately complex engineering projects.
  • Identify broad conceptual ideas and develop them into useful solutions.
  • Collaborate with production associates and other departments to gather information and draft reports, and improve equipment, processes, and products.
  • Establish continuous improvement and operational excellence plans where efficiency, quality, safety, or service can be improved.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in engineering or related field of study and three (3) years of related engineering experience (preferred), OR Associate's degree and nine (9) years of related engineering experience.
  • Experience designing, developing, implementing and troubleshooting motion control systems, including variable frequency drives and servo control, and electrical control systems such as PLC, relay logic, and control networks, production equipment automation, and industrial controls networks.
  • Ability to successfully prioritize, and organize projects, deadlines, and tasks with little supervision in both team and independent environments.
