About the position

As an Electrical Engineer at Actalent, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical hardware specifically for commercial and residential lighting control systems. This role involves the design and development of various types of electronic circuits, including analog, digital, power switching, and both wired and wireless circuits that will be integrated into final products. You will work closely with a cross-functional design team to ensure that these circuits meet the necessary specifications and requirements for successful product integration. In addition to circuit design, you will collaborate with various departments to formulate technical product specifications that guide the development process. A key aspect of your role will be to develop comprehensive test plans for critical design verification, factory acceptance, and reliability testing. You will also conduct design validation methods prior to the release of any product design, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Your position will require you to explore and leverage new technologies to identify innovative design solutions that can enhance product functionality and efficiency. Responsibilities
