Responsibilities
- Develop design documents for high, medium, and low voltage electrical solutions including AutoCAD 2D drawings and specification documents.
- Conduct testing activities for substation switchgear and transformers, including insulation resistance, transformer turns ratio, and dielectric strength tests.
- Create conceptual AutoCAD engineering drawings.
- Perform safety and performance testing on low voltage switchgear and motor control centers.
- Engage in certification testing with UL & CSA agencies.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering.
- Extensive background in system design, testing, and product development.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
