About The Position
Join our client's dynamic Sustaining Engineering group as an Electrical Engineer and become part of a diverse team of electrical, test, software, and project engineers. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive insights into all our product offerings, making it an ideal fit for engineers interested in a broad exposure to electronics systems. As an Electrical Engineer, you will engage in the design, development, modification, and analysis of various electronics systems, including hardware, power engineering, power electronic engineering, electromagnetic engineering, integrated circuit engineering, and components. You will also troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in existing products or systems, making necessary modifications to ensure optimal functionality and reliability of electronic systems. In this position, you will lead a team of engineers on technical activities, ensuring timely and budget-compliant completion of projects. You will design, develop, analyze, document, and support the testing of products, systems, or subsystems. Utilizing computer-aided engineering or other design/analysis software as required, you will review customer specifications and requirements, developing designs that meet these needs while considering cost as a key factor. Additionally, you will provide budget, cost, and schedule inputs for design assignments, specify and evaluate supplier components, subsystems, and services, and drive program design to meet cost and design-for-manufacture requirements. Effective communication and collaboration are essential in this role. You will communicate clearly and effectively with other company personnel and customers as needed, participate in proposal preparation, and provide technical knowledge and assistance to other engineers and support staff. Furthermore, you will support, communicate, and reinforce the organization's mission, values, and culture, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
