Responsibilities

• Perform on-site field service preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on electromechanical equipment.
• Provide timely reports for jobs performed to customers.
• Prioritize internal safety initiatives as assigned.
• Assist with shop projects that are electromechanical in nature.
• Engage in day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach.
• Potentially manage certain aspects of project management based on proficiency.

Requirements

• 0 - 4 years' experience in electrical engineering.
• Experience with electric motor and generator repairs and design.
• Knowledge of transformer repair and design.
• Familiarity with switch gear design and diagnostics.
• Understanding of power semiconductors.
• Proficient in basic power theory.
• Knowledge of operations of induction and synchronous motors.
• Understanding of transformer principles and operation of semiconductors.
• Experience with winding insulation tests.
