The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of electrical designs and systems, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while meeting all regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement electrical designs. Perform load calculations, equipment sizing, and schematic designs for various projects. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations, including NFPA standards. Utilize software tools such as Revit, BIM, and Navisworks for project design and management. Conduct energy modeling and develop sustainable solutions in line with LEED and Green Globes standards. Prepare and review project documentation, including reports and technical specifications. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and team members. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering project management. Proficient in electrical design software, including Revit and BIM. Strong understanding of building codes, energy modeling, and electrical systems. Knowledge of renewable energy solutions and sustainable practices.
