About The Position
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for the supervision of installation, alterations, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment. This role includes overseeing the work of Helpers, Electricians, Leadman, and Area Foreman assigned to their job, ensuring that all tasks are completed in accordance with job schedules, plans, and specifications. The Electrical Foreman will also create and complete short-term interval schedules and pre-task plans, maintain required company files and documents, track and submit daily time sheets for projects, and attend job meetings to coordinate with other trades and owner representatives. Additionally, the foreman will evaluate the abilities and work ethic of subordinates.
