Westwood Professional Services, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Graduate Engineer to join our team beginning in Summer of 2025. This position will be a part of our Renewables Division, which is dedicated to providing high-level professional services to our clients in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will be based in our Denver, CO office and will work closely with a highly experienced and dynamic team of professionals. The role involves supporting the production of construction documents for commercial and utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects. As an Electrical Graduate Engineer, you will coordinate with various design team disciplines, including civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, and surveyors, to ensure that all aspects of the projects are aligned and executed effectively. You will utilize AutoCAD to create construction documents and perform quantity takeoffs, which will include site layouts, wire/cable routing plans, one-line diagrams, details, and equipment/wire schedules. Additionally, you will create wiring/cable schedules based on takeoffs and sizing input from senior designers and engineers, while maintaining awareness of Westwood's design and CAD standards. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or those with some experience in electrical design to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.
