About the position

Furmano Foods is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Mechanic for the 3rd shift to perform maintenance repairs, troubleshooting, and support food production and labeling operations. The role involves completing work orders for planned projects and addressing breakdowns and repairs, requiring both teamwork and individual contribution.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance repairs and troubleshooting on electrical systems.
• Support food production and labeling operations.
• Complete work orders for planned projects.
• Address breakdowns, failures, and repairs in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Completion of an Associate's Degree in Electro-Mechanical Technology or a Certified Apprenticeship Program, or applicable DD214 verified Military Training.
• A minimum of three (3) years of related electro-mechanical experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Extensive PLC (Allen Bradley) technical knowledge including programming and ladder logic.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.
• Passion for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with high voltage, three phase systems.
• Comfortable replacing motors, drives, and mechanical drive train components.
• Robotics familiarity.
