About the position
The Electrical Maintenance Technician at Spino Inc. is a full-time role focused on supporting plant production processes through hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of plant equipment. The technician will ensure safety and operational goals are met while working closely with the Engineering and Maintenance Managers.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of plant equipment.
- Assist in training multi-craft new hires.
- Document work in the SAP and facility engineering files.
- Achieve required work keys scores for the related classification through validations and testing administered by Calhoun.
- Utilize skills in other crafts as needed.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Must have an associate's degree or certificate in a craft-related field and one additional short certificate in a different craft field.
- Proficient in 80% of Mechanical and Electrical Training Matrix.
