The Electrical Project Coordinator at AMCON is responsible for organizing and managing various aspects of data center projects to ensure their success. This role involves coordinating schedules, resources, and communication among team members and clients, while also creating reports and updates for project management. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a background in project management within an industrial or technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating project schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Serving as the point of communication between company teams and external resources.
• Ensuring that clients' needs are met as the project evolves.
• Monitoring project progress and handling any issues that arise.
• Acting as the point of contact and communicating project status to all participants.
• Working with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.
• Using tools to monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures.
• Managing project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary documents are current, properly filed, and stored.
• Creating, maintaining, and sending comprehensive project reports.

Requirements

• Three or more years of experience in project coordination.
• Project Coordination for Data Center work is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.
• Experience in coordinating teams and clients.
• Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Basecamp or Trello).
• Ability to create and manage multiple complex reports consistently.
