About the position
The Electrical Project Manager at Actalent is responsible for overseeing designs and managing project teams for various clients across sectors such as education, mission-critical facilities, retail, data centers, federal, and commercial projects. The role requires a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee designs and manage assigned project teams for clients.
- Ensure project delivery on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial Projects.
- Utilize Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam for project execution.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their processes and workflows.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers within the project teams.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in the Electrical Industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- 5+ years of experience within the construction industry.
- Strong skills in electrical design and engineering.
- Experience in project coordination and management.
Nice-to-haves
- PMP Certification
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license (preferred but not required).
- 3+ years of business development experience in consulting or construction fields.
