About the position
The Electrical Project Manager at Actalent is responsible for overseeing designs and managing project teams for various clients in sectors such as Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial projects. This role requires substantial electrical experience and technical ability, with a focus on leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers. The position is temporary but has the potential to transition into a lead role after a training period.
Responsibilities
- Oversee designs and manage assigned project teams for various clients.
- Lead project teams and mentor junior engineers.
- Communicate efficiently with clients and team members.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understand client processes and workflows during the ramp-up period.
Requirements
- 8+ years in the Electrical Industry.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.
- 5+ years in the construction industry.
- 3+ years of business development experience with clients in consulting or construction fields.
- Experience managing multiple projects.
- PMP Certification is a plus.
Nice-to-haves
- P.E. certification is preferred but not required.
