About the position

The Electrical Project Manager will oversee multiple small commercial projects in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, with some involvement in industrial and food and beverage facilities. This role is focused on managing projects ranging from $30,000 to $1 million, ensuring timely progress and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ranging from $30,000 to $1 million.
• Oversee materials procurement and requisition for projects.
• Track time entries and provide project progress updates.
• Perform job take-offs and ensure accurate project planning.
• Monitor and manage the installation of main transformers and switch gear.
• Supervise the running of conduit and wiring mounts.
• Oversee PLC and control cabinet installation and process control systems.
• Ensure general power systems are installed correctly and efficiently.
• Manage CAT6, UFD, and data installation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of material procurement and requisition processes.
• Experience in managing small commercial and industrial projects.
• Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and enforcement.

• Experience in food and beverage facility projects.
• Familiarity with project management software.
