The recruiter will utilize their management, leadership, and social skills to help candidates achieve their career goals while maintaining a work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, attract, engage, interview, and assess qualified candidates for the electrical industry.
• Build and maintain relationships with skilled candidates and industry partners.
• Collaborate with a team to execute recruitment strategies.
• Write and post job advertisements.
• Conduct interviews and manage the hiring process.

Requirements

• Previous experience in writing/posting job ads, interviewing, hiring, conflict resolution, negotiation, and staff management.
• Career-minded, self-starter with a manager/leader mentality.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Previous agency full cycle recruiter experience or relevant business management experience.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior industry-related experience or knowledge in Electrical Install, HVAC, MEP, Cabling, Fire Alarm, or Security Alarm.
