About the position

As an Electrical Recruiter at TradeSTAR, you will play a crucial role in connecting skilled professionals in the electrical industry with top contractors. This position involves marketing, sales, and relationship-building to attract and engage qualified candidates across various experience levels, ensuring they find suitable opportunities in the electrical sector.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and attracting skilled electricians and industry professionals.
• Conducting interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs.
• Building relationships with industry partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
• Managing the candidate pipeline and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Working closely with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.

Requirements

• Previous experience in writing/posting job ads, interviewing, hiring, conflict resolution, negotiation skills, staff management, and sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Computer/Software proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Prior industry-related or skill trade experience or knowledge is a plus (e.g., Electrical Install, HVAC, MEP, Cabling, Fire Alarm, Security Alarm, Electrical).
