About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lab testing of EO/IR sensor systems for airborne, ground, and ship platforms. This role involves integrating sensors with command and control, power, and data collection subsystems, creating test plans and test cases, and testing and evaluating prototype sensors in both laboratory and field environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience performing electrical testing of Sensors or EO/IR equipment.
• Experience testing in a lab with lab test tools.
• Experience creating test plans and test cases.
• Willingness to travel to support test events.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hyperspectral sensors.
• Experience modeling system performance, developing system specifications, and selecting components.
• Experience developing software to control sensors and collect imagery.
