Electrician (Terrell, TX)

About the position

Knight Electric is a national electrical contractor focusing on commercial construction and remodels. Our culture and continued investment in our employees set us apart from the others. We do work for big-box retailers like Target, Costco, Walmart and similar. We are currently looking for Electricians in / near Terrell, TX to work on commercial electrical construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial electrical construction projects.
• Run conduit, wire, and terminate devices.
• Perform quality control testing and troubleshooting.
• Install electrical systems in a remodel/open store setting.

Requirements

• State Electrical Apprentice license
• 3+ years Commercial type roles as an electrician
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
• Ability to work in various angles or surfaces, such as climbing ladders
• Possession of reliable transportation and basic hand tools
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed

Nice-to-haves

• Experienced in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and drawings
• Working knowledge of installing electrical systems in a remodel/open store setting
