About the position

As an Electrician in the state of MD, you will be responsible for executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems. Your duties will include installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment, connecting wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components, preparing and assembling conduits, and connecting wiring through them. You will also perform effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units.

Responsibilities

• Executing plans of electrical wiring for well-functioning PV solar systems
• Installing electrical apparatus, fixtures, and equipment
• Connecting wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
• Preparing and assembling conduits and connecting wiring through them
• Performing effective troubleshooting to identify hazards or malfunctions and repair damaged units

Requirements

• Required valid Electrician license in the state of MD
• Experience in residential or commercial electrical systems preferred
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, etc.) and electrical drawings and blueprints
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Excellent physical condition and flexibility to work long shifts with paid overtime
• A valid driver's license is required
• Can work well independently and as part of a team
