About The Position
The position involves the installation, modification, and repair of automated industrial control equipment. The candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, installing, and maintaining various industrial control equipment and instrumentation. A strong understanding of software utilized within programmable logic control (PLC) systems is essential. The role requires a thorough understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems, and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical equipment, PLCs, and electrical circuits. The candidate must be available to work off shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed, and assist in routine planned maintenance and emergency repairs of plant equipment.
