About the position

As a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with PeopleReady Skilled Trades, you will play a crucial role in supporting a solar project in Lincoln, Maine. This position offers a flexible work schedule, allowing you to work 7 days a week, and provides the opportunity for weekly pay. The pay rate for this job ranges from $60 to $65 per hour, reflecting the skilled nature of the work involved. Your role will involve connecting solar panels and inverters, as well as other high-voltage equipment, to the building's power supply. The job will also require you to run underground conduit, install posts, set up wracking systems, mount panels, and wire modules, including transformers. Requirements

  • Current/Active Journeymen or Master Electricians: MAINE Electrical License
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods throughout the day
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prior experience in the solar field required
  • Prior experience using hand tools required
  • Position may require a drug screen
