About the position
We are currently seeking skilled Electricians and Top Helpers for a commercial project in Nashville, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start work immediately and join a dynamic team. Electricians will be compensated between $22 to $35 per hour, while Top Helpers will earn between $17 to $22 per hour. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical work, with Electricians requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience and Top Helpers needing at least 2 years of experience. Electricians will be responsible for reading schematics and performing layouts, demonstrating proficiency with wiring devices and terminations, and being able to run and bend conduit. They will also be expected to perform underground work and trim out installations. Top Helpers will assist in layouts, pulling wire, hanging lights, and will also need to be familiar with running and bending conduit, as well as performing underground work. Both positions require reliable transportation and adherence to safety protocols, including following OSHA guidelines. This position offers long-term work opportunities, a $500 sign-on bonus, paycheck advances, and weekly direct deposits. Additionally, there are unlimited referral bonuses available, with $50 awarded for each first-day referral. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Electricians.

- Ability to run and bend conduit for both positions.
- Reliable transportation to job site.
- Possession of all necessary hand and power tools for Electricians; hand tools and a drill for Top Helpers.
