About the position

The Electro Mechanic Tech 1 position is responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems at customer sites. The role requires adherence to established procedures and guidelines, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner. The technician will provide on-site support, perform routine maintenance, and document service activities while demonstrating a commitment to safety, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Provide on-site support and technical assistance with various electro-mechanical products, equipment, and systems.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
• Independently install new products and conduct repairs.
• Train users on operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Document service visits, issues, and troubleshooting actions, and track maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Education or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic electrical knowledge.

Nice-to-haves

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.
