About the position

The position at Henkel involves executing operational plans for engineering tasks, ensuring quality service delivery, and performing electrical and mechanical repairs on various equipment. Responsibilities

  • Execute the operational plan of engineering tasks based on designs and specifications.
  • Work closely with external contractors to ensure quality of services and products.
  • Perform troubleshooting and professional electrical/mechanical repairs on various equipment including motors, conveyors, and electrical systems.
  • Wire in MCC buckets and troubleshoot PLC systems.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience and/or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Drive, Fluid Power, or Industrial Controls.
  • Vocational certificate in electromechanics is required.
  • Certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies is preferred.
  • Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance & Calibration is required.
  • Welding (fabrication & repair) skills are preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills including email, word processing, and computer navigation; experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley or Siemens.
  • Familiarity with OSHA compliance requirements (NFPA 70E).

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies.
  • Welding (fabrication & repair) skills.
