About the position

Responsibilities
- Execute the operational plan of engineering tasks based on designs and specifications.
- Work closely with external contractors to ensure quality of services and products.
- Perform troubleshooting and professional electrical/mechanical repairs on various equipment including motors, conveyors, and electrical systems.
- Wire in MCC buckets and troubleshoot PLC systems.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience and/or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical Drive, Fluid Power, or Industrial Controls.
- Vocational certificate in electromechanics is required.
- Certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies is preferred.
- Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance & Calibration is required.
- Welding (fabrication & repair) skills are preferred.
- Intermediate computer skills including email, word processing, and computer navigation; experience with SAP is preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot PLCs, preferably Allen Bradley or Siemens.
- Familiarity with OSHA compliance requirements (NFPA 70E).
Nice-to-haves
- Certification from the National Institute for Certification in Engineering Technologies.
- Welding (fabrication & repair) skills.
