Responsibilities

Requirements
- 5-7 years engineering/design experience in the connector industry.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and standard business applications.
- Ability to lead projects from inception to implementation.
- Proficient in troubleshooting, investigation, and report preparation.
- Skilled in 3D/2D modeling, mechanical tolerance studies, material specification, and finite element analysis.
- Experience in prototype testing and design validation.
