About the position

The Electro-Mechanical Technician/Assembler position involves working with electro-mechanical assembly of chemical sensor systems and monitoring systems. The role requires hands-on experience with various tools and a commitment to safety and quality in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Use common hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and torque wrenches for assembly tasks.
• Participate in safety and training meetings.
• Work with electro-mechanical and/or mechanical assemblies.
• Follow manufacturing route sheet instructions and drawing requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 5-10 years of experience in electro-mechanical and/or mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to work with chemicals in a clean room environment.
• Experience with operational route sheets and ability to read and understand drawings.
• Knowledge of safety and environmental rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience using a resistance spot welder.
• Any relevant certifications such as soldering, J Standard, or Assembler Certifications.
