About the position
The Reliability Technician position is focused on identifying and repairing technical problems within a seed processing manufacturing facility. The role requires a blend of mechanical and electrical knowledge, along with experience in reliability or maintenance functions. The technician will also assist in deploying machine software and providing user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Identify and repair technical problems in a seed processing manufacturing facility.
- Maintain and update equipment as necessary.
- Assist with the deployment of machine software.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting for technical issues.
- Document issues and resolutions effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in reliability or maintenance functions.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge.
- Experience with industrial networking is preferred.
- Technical background, ideally with a 2-4 year technical degree, or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-haves
- Ambition and self-starter attitude.
- Experience as a 'shade-tree mechanic'.
