About the position

The Electronic Technician role at Radiant Digital involves delivering technical training and educational programs to both internal and external customers. The position requires expertise in technical training and professional development curriculum, supporting the instructional design process, and assessing course objectives against student performance. The technician will also adapt training materials to meet the needs of the audience and address performance gaps.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training and educational programs to internal and external customers.
• Provide subject matter expertise for technical training and professional development curriculum.
• Support the instructional design process, including design/redesign, execution, and success metrics.
• Conduct assessments of course objectives versus student performance.
• Diagnose performance gaps using CPI/EJCS data and incorporate PSL established competencies.
• Assess employee needs and adapt training program materials as needed.
• Ensure training content aligns with the learning style of the audience and addresses performance gaps.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• 4+ years of experience in product service line operations, including curriculum development or training.
• Experience in soldering and electronics training delivery.

Nice-to-haves

• IPC J-STD certification is ideal.
