Responsibilities

  • Test, calibrate and repair precision high frequency electronic test equipment and accessories to ensure functionality and accuracy.
  • Clarify, analyze, and implement actions and solutions while supporting the company's technicians and NPI Engineers.

Requirements

  • Some education, specialized training/certification, or military calibration experience is required.
  • Proven strong S-Parameter calibration and testing knowledge.
  • Experience using automated calibration software platforms is a plus.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Windows/Office, are a must.
  • Network Analyzer/S-Parameter experience is strongly desired.
  • Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work with small connector types are required.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
  • Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.
  • Ability to work with clearly defined objectives on customer service assignments that may be repetitive in nature.
  • Ability to solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of people.
  • Adherence to the highest standards of business ethics is expected.
  • Consistent contribution to team delivery goals is required.
  • Good discretion in the use of time and resources is essential.
  • Maintains high workmanship standards and delivers on commitments.
  • Adheres to established production processes and is responsible for achieving established team production goals.
