Responsibilities
- Test, calibrate and repair precision high frequency electronic test equipment and accessories to ensure functionality and accuracy.
- Clarify, analyze, and implement actions and solutions while supporting the company's technicians and NPI Engineers.
Requirements
- Some education, specialized training/certification, or military calibration experience is required.
- Proven strong S-Parameter calibration and testing knowledge.
- Experience using automated calibration software platforms is a plus.
- Strong PC skills, particularly in MS Windows/Office, are a must.
- Network Analyzer/S-Parameter experience is strongly desired.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to work with small connector types are required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are necessary.
- Demonstrates electronic and mechanical competence.
- Ability to work with clearly defined objectives on customer service assignments that may be repetitive in nature.
- Ability to solve technical problems of limited scope and complexity.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with a wide range of people.
- Adherence to the highest standards of business ethics is expected.
- Consistent contribution to team delivery goals is required.
- Good discretion in the use of time and resources is essential.
