Responsibilities

• Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs) according to schematics.
• Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Utilize hand tools and equipment to fabricate and repair electronic devices.
• Perform data collection and analysis to support quality control processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic systems and components.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and modifications performed on equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve product designs and manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read and interpret schematics.
• Proficiency in soldering techniques for electronic components.
• Experience with PCB assembly and quality inspection processes.
• Familiarity with quality control standards and practices.
• Ability to use hand tools effectively, including calipers for precise measurements.
