About the position

LinQuest is seeking an Electronic Warfare/Cyber Operations Support Analyst to join our team onsite at Camp LeJeune, NC. This position requires an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. The Electronic Warfare/Cyber Operations Support Analyst will support the C5ISRT Capability Development Team within the G-83 Current Requirements Division. The role involves concept development, requirements documentation, subject matter expert support, and market research in support of MARSOC electromagnetic warfare and cyber operations future capability requirements. The analyst will closely coordinate with peers on projects that combine capabilities, ensuring a comprehensive approach to the challenges faced by MARSOC and USSOF. The responsibilities of the Electronic Warfare/Cyber Operations Support Analyst include identifying and describing concepts, policies, technologies, and business practices associated with electromagnetic warfare and cyber operations. The analyst will familiarize and advise MARSOC senior leaders on current EW and cyber program of record equipment and capability development efforts. Additionally, the analyst will assist the G8 in developing, implementing, and resolving capability development efforts across the range of EW/Cyber capabilities based on critical factors such as unit skill levels, equipment capabilities, and the identified EW/Cyber needs of the command. The role requires continual assessment of these critical factors to provide tailored assistance necessary for successful capability development efforts in achieving MARSOC's mission. The analyst will relate existing EW and cyber theories and technologies to current and emerging military problem sets, including threats to information movement in the electromagnetic spectrum. Evaluating and critiquing existing policies, procedures, and doctrine affecting EW and cyber operations in support of military operations is also a key responsibility. The analyst must clearly articulate alternatives to overcome identified EW and cyber gaps and support proposed solutions by identifying their impact throughout the spectrum of military operations. Coordination with the Targeting Support Analyst and the ISS Support Analyst is essential to identify critical pathways and vulnerabilities between the three capability areas.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and describe concepts, policies, technologies, and business practices associated with electromagnetic warfare and cyber operations as they relate to MARSOC and USSOF.
  • Familiarize and advise MARSOC senior leaders on current EW and cyber program of record equipment and capability development efforts.
  • Assist the G8 in developing, implementing, and resolving capability development efforts across the range of EW/Cyber capabilities based on unit skill levels, equipment capabilities, and identified needs.
  • Continually assess critical factors and provide tailored assistance to ensure successful capability development efforts in achieving MARSOC's mission.

  • Coordinate closely with the Targeting Support Analyst and the ISS Support Analyst to identify critical pathways and vulnerabilities between the three capability areas.

Requirements

  • At a minimum, 10 years of combined operational experience in electromagnetic warfare operations and/or cyber operations.
  • Formal training credentials or documented experience in EW and/or cyber operations equivalent to completing the Service-level 17 series (Army) or 2621/31 (USMC) MOS training.
  • Experience working with web-based applications and software such as PALANTIR, Falcon View, Raptor X, Google Earth, C2PC, and Map Point.
  • Knowledge of communication architectures utilized to transmit and receive data typical of today's networked battlefield.
  • Possess and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
