About the position

The Electronics Design Engineer at ASML is responsible for delivering electronic and electrical designs throughout the entire development process, from conceptual design to volume manufacturing. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary project team to develop the electrical infrastructure, perform engineering analysis, generate detailed electronic designs, and create engineering documentation. The position requires a highly motivated and organized individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Specify & design all aspects of electronic development including Analog, Digital, and Programmable Logic Circuit Design.
• Conduct Schematic Capture and design AC and DC Power Distribution Systems.
• Design interconnect cables and harnessing, as well as electronic racks, cabinets, boxes, and control consoles.
• Ensure PCB signal and power integrity in printed circuit boards.
• Test and troubleshoot electronic systems to the component level.
• Perform testing validation and verification (V&V) of requirements.
• Write technical documents, specifications, test procedures, and test reports.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering with a major in Electrical Engineering and/or Computer Engineering.
• 2+ years of relevant design experience.
• Strong skills in Circuit Analysis and Technical Writing.
• Hands-on experience with Electronic Design Automation and E-CAD (preferably Mentor Graphics xDX/xPCB Designer).
• Proficiency in Circuit Simulation Tools (e.g., PSpice) and Electronic Laboratory Equipment.
• Experience with MATLAB, LabVIEW, and Python.
